Phantom Rose Steam MoM Page

Mermaids of the Mists (MoM) has a long history in Virtual worlds. I originally built MoM at Second Life for a firend of mine. She had a large area of land off the Blake Sea area and gave me carte blanche to build. I set up an area both above and underwater. At one point, I had a tiki island on the surface with a skull entrance cavern underwater. The skull jaw opened for entry, which was way cool. I also had lots of things for merfolk to do. There was a collosieum meeting area, beautiful Dance gazebo, sea horse rides and a jousting area, merfolk living quarters and an underwater gothic graveyard site, just to name a few.

The area was extremely popular for a year or so. Especially the graveyard. My friend held lots of events and we had many, many visitors. Unfortunately there came a time when she could no longer support the land fees of such a large area and sadly, we had to take it all down.

Ever since I started building outside of Second Life, I have brought MoM with me. It was at Inworldz and GCG; then finally at my own grid. MoM at Phantom Rose Steam, is expanded, with more coming down the road, such as seahorse and shark rides!

Mermaids of the Mists is connected to all the underwater sites on the Phantom Rose grid, via the Mermaid Portal.
